At AZD-MEDIA LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”), we value transparency and strive to provide excellent service. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how payments, refunds, and cancellations are handled. By using our Services, you agree to this Policy.
1. Service Fees
- All fees for digital marketing, advertising, and lead generation services are stated in client agreements or invoices.
- Fees are payable in advance or as outlined in the signed agreement.
2. Refunds
- Non-Refundable Services: Due to the nature of digital marketing and lead generation, most service fees are non-refundable once work has
commenced.
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds may only be considered if:
- A duplicate payment was made in error, or
- The service has not yet been started and cancellation is requested in writing within 3 business days of payment.
- Partial Refunds: In rare cases, partial refunds may be granted at our discretion if a project is canceled before substantial work has been
completed.
3. Cancellations
Ongoing Services (e.g., monthly retainers): Clients may cancel recurring services with at least 14 days’ written notice prior to the next billing
cycle.
One-Time Projects: If you cancel after the project has started, no refund will be issued for work already performed.
4. Chargebacks & Disputes
- Clients agree to contact us first to resolve any payment disputes.
- Initiating a chargeback without prior communication may result in suspension of services and legal action to recover outstanding fees.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
